Job Brief

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time. Ability to create and deliver influential large-scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. The Project Manager is responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation and delivery. The Project Manager oversees small to mid-size level projects, develops comprehensive project plans and manages project team and stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle, and manages ongoing customer communication. This role supports the project team in creation of project delivery strategies, including project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource management. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and for the company.

Preferred skills and Qualifications

• Masters's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment to analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action.

• Experience serving as a servant-leader in IT Agile projects.
• Experience coaching and mentoring project teams, business partners and stakeholders in SDLC, project management, and agile frameworks methodologies and best practices.
• Experience leading and managing remote teams.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio
• Experience managing projects using MS SharePoint including creating and managing SharePoint Lists
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, A-CSM, A-CSPO, or ITIL are preferred.
• Ability to travel if needed.
• Six Sigma Certification
• SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• Experience in the health solutions industry
• Familiarity with project, program, and agile tools
• ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, Miro are a plus.

Job Description
A Senior web designer/developer is responsible for the design, layout and coding of a web pages for desktop and mobile browsers. Person will be involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website - how the site works and how it looks. He/ She should be expert at using PHP, CSS and JavaScript and have good knowledge of HTML5 features. He/ She will be involved in developing mobile web client development by consuming web services via JavaScript / jQuery and parsing jSon / XML data. He/ She will be involved in developing and troubling shooting browser dependant issues. He/ She should be aware of different development tools and utilities used for web development i.e. eclipse/firebug. Also, he should be aware of basic functionality of web servers i.e. IIS, Apache.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong hands on experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, JavaScript & Angular.Js (any version),with minimum 3 years relevant experience along with API web services
• Strong hands on experience as technical lead.
• Strong hands on experience in Cloud, Agile and Databases.
• Educational Details: Basic any technical full time degree.
• Good communication skill is a must as the resource would be required to interact with onshore clients
• Hands on experience on LMS will be a plus
